A vintage palm tree floor lamp in gilt metal, designed with a tall sculptural stem, layered fronds and concealed light fittings beneath the canopy. The circular base supports a central trunk formed with overlapping metal leaves, rising to a broad palm crown with individually cut and shaped fronds. The surface has a textured gold finish with areas of wear and patina, giving depth to the metalwork and emphasising the tropical decorative form.

When lit, the bulbs are positioned within the upper canopy, casting light through and beneath the leaves to create a warm atmospheric glow. The lamp has the decorative glamour associated with 1970s Hollywood Regency and Italian-inspired interiors, while its height and silhouette make it suitable for a sitting room corner, hallway, bedroom or bar area.
